Baotou Steel to supply steel to quake hit areas

It is reported that Baotou Steel is willing to take up steel production orders for building the temporary dwellings for quake hit areas and promises not to raise prices for these regions. The above orders are for the temporary dwelling in the quake hit areas.

As per report, with the previous order, Baotou Steel has taken up totally 1380 tonnes of steel orders in cold rolled sheet and galvanized sheet from Sichuan based Changhong Group after the earthquake which occurred on May 12th in Sichuan province.

Meanwhile, Baotou Steel took another commission of about 10,000 tonnes of galvanized sheet from a building material company at Changshu in Jiangsu province.

Till now Baotou Steel has accomplished over one third of CR sheet and galvanized sheet orders for Changhong Group and 6000 tonnes of galvanized sheet for the building material company.
