IRNA reported citing the Headquarters for Management of Transportation and Fuel that some 50 CNG stations will be set up in Tehran by March 2009.
Mr Mohammad Rouyanian head of the Headquarter while speaking on the sidelines of a ceremony to launch a station in Imam Hossein Town, Mohammad Rouyanian added that the price of CNG has not changed and it is delivered to the station owners at the earlier price of IRR 80.
He further said that CNG stations will be set up in Tehran's satellite towns if they allocate the necessary land for Tehran Municipality.
