Coalcorp make new appointments to its board of directors

Coalcorp Mining Inc has announced that in recognition of Pala Investments Holdings Limited's significant shareholding, Mr Jan Castro and Mr Joseph Belan were appointed as directors of Coalcorp. In addition, Mr Luis Carlos Valenzuela Delgado was appointed as an independent director.
Commenting on the new board appointees, Mr Michael Beckett chairman of the board said that "We are pleased with the important steps we are taking to bring additional valuable and relevant professional experience to the board to assist the company in the execution of its strategic plan. We expect the newly appointed board members to be a valuable resource for the company."
