My Iris reported that Global Corporation of the Hindujas anticipates to tie up financial sources for its power project at Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh by October 2009.
Hindujas said that the mega project, which was stuck for a long time, would have the capacity between 1040 MW and 1200 MW.
The exact size would be determined by the Engineering Procurement Construction contractors. The project is estimated to cost INR 48 billion and is expected to become operational in October 2012.
