Romania and Bulgaria to build two more Danube river bridges

It is reported that Romania and Bulgaria decided to draft a joint agreement on building another two bridges over the Danube.

According to the official Agerpres news agency, Mr Radu Berceanu Romanian Transport Minister and his Bulgarian counterpart Mr Petar Mutafchiev discussed the construction of the bridges at a meeting in the Romanian Danube River town of Calafat.

The two bridges will link Bechet of Romania to Oreakhovo of Bulgaria and Calarasi of Romania to Silistra of Bulgaria respectively and it will be built by public-private partnership.
