It is reported that aggregate output for key products of the Inner Mongolia-based Baotou Iron & Steel Co Ltd hits record in the first quarter.
As per report, in detail, production for pig iron goes at 2.46 million tonnes; crude steel, 2.55 million tonnes; commercial semis and products, 2.49 million tonnes up by 7.11%, 9.03% and 11.71% respectively from a year ago. Meanwhile, output for 350 kilometers/hour steel rail also hits monthly record of 41,900 tonnes in March.
The figure is also the highest in domestic market.
