Madras Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 10th 2009 has decided in principle to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary company for carrying out the business of manufacture and sale of Sugar and Allied Products, for which approval of the shareholders was obtained at the Annual General Meeting held on July 27th 2007
