Baotou Steel able to realize batch production of P110 Steel Oil Casing Pipe

It is reported that recently, Baotou Steel's P110 steel-grade oil casing pipe with lower cost has won the approval to achieve batch production and market sales.
As per report, P110 steel-grade oil casing pipe can be widely used in crude oil exploitation, processing and pipeline transportation. Baotou Steel has planned to take 30CrMnMo as the regional steel variety, but due to the increasing market pressure, the mill decided to adopt 30MnCr22 as the substitution of 30CrMnMo, aiming to lower the production costs by CNY 2,000 per tonne.
The products have lately been passed the quality evaluation by Tubular Goods Research Center of CNPC, which all meet the API series standards. Until recently, Baotou Steel has produced 7,119 tonnes of P110 steel oil casing pipes.
