Crown Dilmun to start construction of USD 500 million RAK project

Chairman of Crown Dilmun Development announced that the Bahrain based property developer will commence construction at its first project in Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE, which is mixed use project worth USD 500 million.

The chairman said that at the sidelines of Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2009 that the Ras Al Khaimah project, Dilmunia RAK, comprises a hotel apartment with 185 units and five residential buildings supported by a mini mall with retail outlets and the company will start construction by next October.

He said that Dilmunia RAK is planned to have luxury studios, one and two bedroom apartments, villas and three bedroom penthouses spread over seven floors. As per the plan, all the apartments will have floor to ceiling windows, giving access to large balconies and views of the Arabian Gulf.

He added that Crown Dilmun plans to complete the project within 3 year from the start of construction.
