Graphite India - Change in directorate

Graphite India Limited has informed BSE that Mr N Venkataramani would retire as executive director of Graphite India Limited from June 30th 2009. The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr N Venkataramani as an additional director of the Company from July 1st 2009.
Consequently, Mr MB Gadgil has been appointed as a whole time Director designated as executive director of the Company for a period of 5 years from July 1st 2009, in accordance with the provisions of Schedule XIII of the Companies Act 1956.
