Hinduja Foundries Limited has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15th 2009, has decided to reappoint Mr V Mahadevan as the MD of Hinduja Foundries Limited for a period of 2 years from October 1st 2009 to September 30th 2011, subject to the approval of the members and such other approvals as may be required.
