Acerinox has agreed the appointment of Ms Belén Romana García as new independent counsel replacing Ms Amparo Moraleda Martinez.
Ms Belén Romana, who was also appointed chairperson of the Audit Committee, is sales & technical state economist, currently director of strategy and corporate development ONO, a member of the board of Banesto and chairperson of its Audit Committee.
