Interfax citing Mr Vladimir Putin Prime Minister of Russia as saying that funding for projects at car maker Avtovaz must begin within a week.
Mr Putin at the meeting of the government's presidium addressing Mr Alexei Kudrin Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister said "Let's resolve this week out it under your supervision."
