Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited has announced that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 11th 2009, inter alias has recommended to maintain the dividend at INR 1.40 per equity share and also recommended a special 25th Anniversary Silver Jubilee dividend of INR 0.40 per equity share, thus making total dividend at INR 1.80 per equity share of INR 2 each subject to approval of the shareholders in Annual General Meeting.
