Anhui News reported that east China's Anhui province has lately signed responsibility agreements with 10 local cities for inefficient steel capacity replacement projects.
As per the agreement, construction for the 14 steel replacement project in the 10 cities must be started before this October and completed prior to the end of next year.
Steel industrial structure adjusting pace also accelerated in Anhui along with Beijing's steel support plans. Totaling 14 technical innovation projects have been launched on the basis of obsolete capacity cut of the same size.
