SCI to apply BAF on SMILE service from mid July

In view of the continuous increase in the bunker costs, SCI has decided to apply a Bunker Adjustment Factor of USD 35 per TEU on laden and USD 20 per TEU on empties on its SMILE service that is deployed from the Jawaharlal Nehru Port and Mundra Port to Jebel Ali and vice versa.
However, the BAF will be effective from the new voyage of Rajiv Gandhi Voy 145 expected to arrive at JNP on July 14th to 15th and at Mundra Port on July 16th.
