Electrosteel Castings, which manufactures ductile iron pipes used in carrying water reported more than 2 fold jump in net profit to INR 122.30 crore in 2008 to 09, as against INR 49.65 crore in 2008.
For the financial year ended March 31st 2009, the company s consolidated net sales went up by 35% to INR 1,947.22 crore, as against INR 1,439.39 crore in 2007 to 2008.
