POSCO to announce SME management consulting programs results soon

POSCO held a meeting on September 14th 2009 to announce the results of its SME management consulting programs. The steelmaker has been supporting the improving of the competitiveness of SMEs.

At the video meeting linking between Pohang, Gwangyang and Seoul, five firms in the materials sector, one firm in raw materials, and five firms related to invested firms announced the consulting results.

POSCO provided a 3 month management consulting service for SMEs from June to August and helped the SMEs in six areas namely personnel management, information & security, production & technology, product quality management, materials management and safety enhancement.
