Production pruning - Alchevsk plans to cover H1 2009 losses

Millennium capital cited Mr Shevchenko CEO of Alchevsk Steelworks as saying that the company plans to cover H1 2009 losses till the end of the year.
According to the report, the company resumed pre crisis volume of production and this exactly is the base for this optimistic statement. But the situation on the market remains unstable.
Millennium capital analyst said “We see this news as positive for the company as the other one about resuming of investment program on the plant. Both of them show that the Company comes back to the life.”
