Silobreaker reported that Gulf Arab states are in secret talks to replace the US dollar in the trading of oil is wrong.
The Independent quoted unidentified sources as saying that Gulf Arab states were in secret talks with Russia, China, Japan and France to replace the US dollar with a basket of currencies in the trading of oil.
However, when Saudi’s Mr Muhammad al Jasser asked by reporters about the story said it was "Absolutely incorrect."
