BL reported that Power Finance Corporation Ltd has presented a final dividend cheque of INR 139 crore to the Centre.
The cheque was presented to Power Secretary, Mr HS Brahma by Mr Satnam Singh CMD of PFC.
The company had earlier paid an interim dividend of INR 320 crore taking the total dividend payout to INR 459 crore for the financial year 2008-09, constituting 40% of the paid up capital of the company and 23.31% of the net profit.
