Taiwan's Feng Hsin Iron & Steel has announced to cut its rebar price and scrap purchasing prices this week.
Its rebar price has fallen by TWD 400 per tonne to TWD 16,700 per tonne. Meanwhile, the scrap purchasing price has dropped by TWD 200 per tonne, reaching TWD 9,700 to TWD 10,200 per tonne.
However, the section prices were remained at the same level of TWD 19,300 to TWD 19,500 per tonne. Currently, demand remains weak and price might go down in future.
