VSMPO Avisma plans operations optimization

Mr Mikhail Voevodin GD of VSMPO Avisma Corporation recently announced that the company’s plans to start optimization of operations.
The company has always been up to date with wage payments, its workers being paid 3 times a month on a regular basis. But the corporation’s direction is going to optimize the number of employees and expenses. VSMPO forwarded an official notice to employment exchange office reporting possible lay off of 500 people.
The company will try to keep people at work as much as possible. Lay offs are viewed as a last resort measure.
