Bloomberg cited Mr Gary Stafford MD at PanAust Limited as saying that copper processing fees for 2010 may be near USD 40 per tonne for smelting and 4 cents per pound for refining.
He said that spot deals for 2010 are already being concluded at USD 25 per 2.5 cents. Mid year deals 2009 were settled at USD 48.5 per 4.85 cents.
