According to Mr Fant Di Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Ministry spokesman, Ukraine state owned Pipeline Company reached an agreement on a new crude oil supply route to LUKoil Odessa refinery.
He said that the agreement was reached with Transneft and will start next month.
