Russian oil firm Surgut net profit up in Q3

Reuters reported that Surgut Russia's fourth largest oil company saw net profit rise RUB to 13.18 billion in the Q3 2009 from RUB 8.47 billion in the Q2.
As per report, for the Q3 of 2008 the company had reported net profit of RUB 47.47 billion. The results are to Russian accounting standards. Surgut is the only big Russian oil firm that does not report to international standards.
