China HRC export quotations to South Korea edge up

It is reported that China has pushed up its export quotation of HRC shipped to South Korea since November.
Shougang and Beitai Steel offer USD 480 per tonne to USD 485 per tonne CFR for their cargos delivered in end December or early January while Shagang provides USD 490 per tonne CFR to USD 500 per tonne CFR.
Insiders in South Korea noted that "Export quotation keeps rising recently yet with a small rate. Hence, South Korean users hold a wait and see attitude for the moment."
China November HRC export price averages at USD 470 per tonne to USD 475 per tonne FOB.
