Skanska Promotes Andy Rabasca to Vice President of Preconstruction in Arizona

Skanska has announced that Andy Rabasca, an industry veteran with 25 years of experience in commercial construction, has been promoted to vice president of preconstruction in Arizona. Rabasca, who is based in Skanska’s Phoenix office, joined the company in 2012 and was most recently a senior preconstruction director. He has served on the construction team for a variety of major projects throughout the west and southwest regions including the Banner Health Lassen Medical Center in California, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, AZ.

A third-generation contractor, Rabasca is originally from New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University. He is OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified and also holds certifications in injury-free environment (IFE) training and first aid. He volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and currently resides in Phoenix with his wife and children.
