NWSA welcomes first PIL vessel since 2014

Pacific International Lines’ Kota Pekarang arrived at The Northwest Seaport Alliance’s North Harbor on October 6, making its maiden voyage to Seattle. Courtney Gregoire, Port of Seattle commission president and co-chair of The Northwest Seaport Alliance “The Northwest Seaport Alliance is proud to welcome PIL’s weekly service to our gateway. As their strategic plans call for increased business in our region - where 40 percent of our jobs are tied to trade, we are here to ensure our quality service will keep their cargo and our jobs thriving here.”

As part of the America China Service (ACS), PIL will make a weekly call at SSA Marine’s Terminal 30. The new service rotation will consist of the following ports: Lianyungang - Shanghai - Ningbo - Long Beach - Seattle - Lianyungang.
