The Fabricator reported that GHI offers the Onstamp furnace for hot stamping. It employs a double mechanism comprising metallic and ceramic beams to minimize aluminum deposition on the rollers.

The rolling beams are a series of H-shape beams that rest on the discs of the rollers and move the blanks along the furnace. The contact points for the blanks are minimal to help ensure better temperature uniformity, and the metallic beams are supported on individually driven rollers. The blanks are supported on the ceramic elevation beams to allow backward metallic beam movement. These beams are supported on hydraulically actuated elevation supports.
