If you search for News containing "SAIL" in title of news or body of news and position selected is "Anywhere", it would yield all the news containing word SAIL in title of news or body of news. This type of search is best if you are not sure about exact position.

If you are sure that the Title contains a word at beginning or at end, you should select that as position. This would narrow your search. This however, is not the case with body of news. News can be best searched for a particular word or collection of words with position "Anywhere".
