It is reported that a Japanese company Kawasaki Heavy Industries is considering a production of the high speed rolling stock for Russia. According to the company's spokesman, they are now in the course of analyzing this possibility.
The production would take place in Russia, but the exact place is not yet known. Kawasaki wants its new plant to be somewhere close to the design office of Russian Railways, which is now working on the Russian high speed routes.
