It is reported that PetroChina has started building a 228 kilometer pipeline from Baoji to Hanzhong, both in Shaanxi province of northwest China in a bid to ease gas supply in southern Shaanxi and later northern Sichuan province.
As per report, fed with gas from CNPC's Changqing gasfield, the pipeline is designed to transport 185.5 million cubic meters each year and will come online by 2010.
The pipeline project is forecasted to cost CNY 553.69 million.
