Hanzhong Steel to lead integration with Lueyang Steel

It is reported that the framework agreement of Hanzhong Steel's reconstruction was signed on May 7th in the meeting held by Hanzhong Govs in order to speed up local steel industrial combination.
The meeting decided to launch Hanzhong Iron & Steel Co ltd based on the present Hanzhong Steel, Lueyang Steel, Hanzhong Jialing Mining and other subsidiaries.
As per report, the move is to construct a metallurgical & non ferrous production base in Hanzhong, and form 5 million tonnes per year steelmaking capacity in Mianxian and 1 million tonnes per year special steel capacity in Lueyang.
