Reuters reported that Algeria's state energy company Sonatrach plans to spend USD 63 billion on oil and gas developments between 2009 and 2013.
Mr Mohamed Meziane CEO of Sonatrach said that his company is currently exporting 60 billion cubic meters of gas per year and is targeting 85 billion cubic meters by 2012
He said that the firm is currently producing 150 billion cubic meters of gas per year.
