Focus News Agency quoted Ms Nina Radeva deputy energy minister of Bulgaria as saying that complexity and scale of proposed plan of arrangement for Kremikovtzi steel mill can become real if state supports the process.
She added that the state must fulfill its engagements, which ensued from European legislation on state support.
She announced court's decision on announcing insignificant refund of state financial help for Kremikovtzi will be challenged in 14 days.
Kremikovtzi obligators have to rely on state to provide state support and to show there is a procedure, which defends state interest.
