According to press release, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant is one of India’s best companies to work, where 373 companies participated. The results were based on response given independently by employees of the participating companies. These responses were assessed by computer software.
So, there is no panel and no jury to influence or be influenced. Mr PK Bishnoi CMD of VSP has thanked all the employees for making VSP a great place to work.
It is stated in the study the employees loved VSP because among the lowest cost steel producers in the world, its social responsibility program are laudable and srujan, its suggestion scheme is a robust system and its environmentally rich township is loved by all.
VSP featured in 4 categories from the participants of top companies and MNCs from a multitude of sectors.
