Sinosteel joins hands with Penglai private owned enterprises

China Metallurgical News reported that recently Sinosteel Corporation has paid a visit to Shandong based Penglai Xinqinglu Steel Plate Co Ltd concluding cooperation intention on the sectors of materials purchase, export commission, project construction and asset reorganization etc.
According to the report, Sinosteel has cooperated with Penglai Xinqinglu Steel Plate Company earlier in 2005. The latter started renovation and reconstruction in 0.6 million tonnes per year annealing and CRC, 0.4 million tonnes per year galvanized steel and 0.2 million tonnes per year color coated production lines these years in a bid to enhance the market competitiveness.
