Shuangyashan Daily reported that Heilongjiang Jianlong Iron and Steel Co Ltd have successfully developed N80-1 and J55 Oil casing pipe with the spec of 177.8×10.36mm.
The company has promoted the development of oil casing pipe based on the production and market situation of seamless steel pipes since July this year. And then it started trial-production of N80-1 oil casing pipe. On July 25th the steel mill has rolled out small batch of N80-1 and J55 pipes for 100 tonnes with 100% qualification rate.
The N80-1 and J55 oil casing pipe, a kind of large caliber steel pipes, plays an important role in oil industry.
