It is reported that Shanxi coking coal market remained stable recently. As the holiday has gone, production is being resumed steadily, and the price of coking coal remains stale. Demand of coking coal has increased a bit, as the steel market has just shown a little improvement.

Besides, in Hebei province, more deals have been made in the coke market than before, though coke price has remained unchanged in the latest week. In Taiyuan, Shanxi province, the ex-factory price of clean coal price remains at CNY 1,120 per tonne to CNY 1,150 per tonne. In Xinzhou, clean coal ex-factory price remains at CNY 1,200 per tonne to CNY 1,250 per tonne. In Linfen, where resuming of coal production is comparatively slow, clean coal ex factory price stays at CNY 1,250 per tonne to CNY 1,300 per tonne. As coking coal resource is tight, price of coking coal still remains robust.
