Jaiprakash Associates Ltd has informed BSE that the board meeting held on October 21st 2009 has declared 27% interim dividend for the year 2009-10.
The board has decided, subject to the approval of shareholders to issue one bonus equity share of INR 2 each for every two equity shares of INR 2 each held in the company on the record date to be fixed in due course.
