IOC announces Q2 result

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd announced the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30th 2009. The Company has posted a net profit of INR 2843.60 million for the quarter ended September 30th 2009 where as the same was at net loss of INR 70471.30 million for the quarter ended September 30th 2008.
Its total Income is INR 618178.10 million for the quarter ended September 30th 2009 where as the same was at INR 869874.70 million for the quarter ended September 30th 2008.
The comparative figures for the half year ended September 2008 do not include the figures of BRPL, which was merged with Indian Oil on March 25th 2009.
