It is reported that Lebedinskiy mining and processing plant successfully passed annual OHSAS 18000:2007 occupational health and safety management audit. Inspection was held from October 26th to 30th by BSI globally recognized leader in management systems certification. As a result LGOK OHSAS 18000:2007 certificate was prolonged for one year.
Commission noted high level of workplace security, work wear provision, industrial injuries prevention measures and compliance with legislative requirements. According to BSI experts remarks, these achievements became possible due to high professional level of LGOK HSE specialists.
OHSAS 18000:2007 certificate confirms LGOK status as a world-class plant, aiming at occupational health and safety management improvement according to national and international standards.
